Art as therapy

I stopped dealing with toxic people and suddenly didn’t feel the need to draw what I was feeling anywhere near so much.
Well it does turn out that sometimes you don’t get much choice about whether you have to deal with people who are damaging to you.

I’m now dealing with some feelings that turn out to be in response to this -note,  the situation is now in control.

I got out the ink yesterday and just drew.
Small steps to an emotional resolution for me.
